Play Planet has been contracted to design, supply and install innovative playground equipment at the Parklake Shopping Center in Bucharest, which was under construction, according to the scenography study and customer concept, inspired by “Steampunk” the theme. The project involved the development of equipment and its implementation in two distinct areas: Zeppelin and Lighthouse.

The Zeppelin corresponds to a majestic metallic structure shaped as the famous airship with the same name, suspended from a platform at the top floor of the mall, part of which is in a console and covered with a challenging panoramic rope net with visibility to the lower floor, and covering an area at the platform for which we have designed several play equipment’s such as the interactive “Zeppelin rudders”, “Interactive Totem Pipe”, “Pipe Phones” and “Pipe Slides”.

The Lighthouse is also composed by a metal column with several platforms and net tunnels, which give access to a lateral tubular slide. It is located in an area with other peripheral elements, such as the “Steampunk Snail” spring, the interactive “Dragon reaction Wall” and various musical equipment’s.
